Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
This Qualification is a replacement for the Level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care and the Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services. The qualification, designed for people in health and social care sector, is aimed at introducing management and advanced practice within the Health & Social Care as well as Children and Young People’s services.
This is a required qualification for registration and regulatory requirements in the Health & Social Care and Children and Young People sector. Also social care workers who want to become managers will find this qualification very useful.
