Whether you have previously worked within a Health and Social Care Setting as a Support Worker or Care Assistant or are looking for a complete change of career. Able Trust Care will support and train you to get you to a standard level to be able to work with the vulnerable adults. We cover Croydon, Purley, Kenley, Caterham, Warlingham, Oxted and Lingfield


Your duties will include: Interacting and communicating with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect. Support people to live an everyday life and help them engage with their families, friends and local community. Provide support with personal care, meals and daily routine. Flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.


Job requirements: Motivated, Honest, Approachable, Good communication, Committed to providing equal opportunities and quality support. Also, must have full UK/EU Driving Licence.
